Breaking The Silence - Reinforcing Our Commitment to Youth Mental Health is the kick-off of our efforts to shine a spotlight on youth mental health in the Danville Area / Greater San Ramon Valley.
Join us for our Gala Dinner on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, from 6:00 - 8:30 PM at Blackhawk Country Club, 599 Blackhawk Club Drive, Danville, CA 94506.
Our Master of Ceremonies for the evening is San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District & Danville Area Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Chief Paige Meyer.

You may purchase dinner tickets at $95 per person. Entrée Choices include:
- Classic Short Ribs, braised with aromatic vegetables and horseradish au jus topped with onion ring
- Crispy Filled Chicken Breast with spinach, basil, mozzarella cheese, dried cranberries, brandy butter sauce

Youth Mental Health Initiative
The Danville Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Three Valleys Community Foundation, is pleased to launch a special philanthropic opportunity to address mental health and wellness challenges for youth in the greater Danville/San Ramon Valley region.
Breaking the Silence – Reinforcing Our Commitment to Youth Mental Health is designed to shine a spotlight on youth mental health in the area. Funds collected are fully tax-deductible, to the extent of the law. The Danville Area Chamber is a fiscally sponsored organization of Three Valleys Community Foundation.
While our region thrives in a myriad of areas, there are hidden challenges. Additions – such as social media, drugs and vaping, as well as post-pandemic mental health issues remain, with our youth among the most vulnerable.
The Danville Area Chamber of Commerce desires to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and innovative economy. But to truly be sustainable, our community must also be healthy. Thanks to a commitment by the 2022 Chamber Board of Directors, we hope to begin this process via the Youth Mental Health Outreach Initiative. Grantmaking to nonprofit organizations addressing these local issues in the Greater Danville Area and San Ramon Valley will begin in 2023.
