Swift Mind Care Presents: What Autism Actually Looks Like
This is a one-hour virtual workshop for anyone interested in growing more in their understanding of Autism, especially Autism 1.
This presentation will help to build shared language around autism, challenge common assumptions, and give participants practical tools to show up differently — at work, at home, and in their communities.
This workshop assumes no prior knowledge of autism, and welcomes all who choose to come with curiosity and compassion. Some participants may be autistic themselves — diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out. I hold the space with that in mind. The intention is to lead with curiosity, not correction.
Even as a therapist, my job isn't to be the expert on anyone's life. It's to create the conditions where people can think more clearly and act more intentionally, and in this session, you get opportunity to get some language around that world.
This is the first in a series of virtual workshops around Autism, AuDHD, ADHD, and other Neurodivergence designed for acceptance and advocacy.
