DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Annual State of the Town Luncheon\, featuring Danville Mayor Robert Storer and special guest\, KTVU Sports Anchor Joe Fonzi.\n\n\n\nWe'll be offering a delicious lunch along with a chance to meet community leaders in the business community and local VIP's.\n\n\nEntree Choices\n\n\n Grilled Chicken Breast with Pancetta & Portobello Mushrooms\n Four Cheese Ravioli\n\nThe first course is a Winemaker's Salad with Spring Mix\, Red Grapes\, Candied pecans\, Blue Cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette. For your Dessert stomach\, we've got a New York Cheesecake with Berries!\n\n\n\nTickets and Sponsorships\n\n\n\nLuncheon tickets are available for $60.\n\n\n\nSponsorships are tax deductible\, to the extent of the law\n\nContact the Chamber if you need an invoice and would like to purchase a sponsorship by check.\n\n\n\nAbout Mayor Robert Storer\n\n\n\nMayor Robert Storer has been involved in dozens of civic\, educational and nonprofit causes in the community during his 33 years he has called Danville home.\n\nMarried to his wife Sandra Lucchesi Storer for 38 years\, they are proud to have raised two sons in Danville\, 33 year old Michael Storer who completed a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering USF and 30 year old Andrew Storer who graduated with an Architectural degree from Cal Berkeley.\n\nRobert is very proud of his 22 year association with the Alameda County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team as a Master Recovery Diver serving as Captain for 10 years and Assistant Chief for three years.\n\nHas been involved with the Town of Danville since 2001 and has served the community as a\n\n\n Three term Planning Commissioner 2001-2009\n Design Review Board 2006-2009\n Heritage Resource 2006-2009\n Danville Town Council member 2009-present\n County Connection Board Member 2009-present\n Vice Mayor Town of Danville 2013\, 2018\, 2022\n Danville Mayor in 2014\, 2019\, 2023\n Member\, Town of Danville Finance Committee (2009 Present)\n Board Member\, All Wars Memorial (2009 Present)\n Council Liaison to the San Ramon Valley Unified School District (2011 2018)\n Member\, Danville Area Chamber of Commerce (1999 Present)\n Graduate\, Leadership San Ramon Valley (2009)\n Lifetime Member\, One Hundred Club of Contra Costa County\n Cavalry Member\, Contra Costa Sheriff's Office\n Lifetime Member\, Honorary Sheriff's Association Alameda County\n 2005 Danville Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year\n\n\nAbout Joe Fonzi\n\n \n\nJoe has been at KTVU since August 1995. He has covered four Giants World Series\, two 49er Super Bowls\, six Warriors title runs (four of them championships)\, and the 2007 All-Star Game in San Francisco. \n\nJoe previously worked at KPIX\, KSBW-TV in Salinas\, KXTV in Sacramento\, and KHSL-TV in Chico. He also co-hosted "49ers Total Access" (2005-2013) and provided play-by-play coverage of Cal Football games from 1992 to 1997. \n\nJoe grew up in Linden\, CA and went to elementary and high school there. He earned a BA from California State University\, Chico\, in Communication Studies. \n\nHaving grown up in Northern California\, the Bay Area was always the region that was the most appealing because of its amazing geography\, culture\, and diversity.\n\nWhen he's not working\, Joe loves keeping track of his kids\, teaching one day a week at Academy of Arts University\, working on his house\, and looking for sports memorabilia and other antiquities.
