DESCRIPTION:Ever wonder why your teen is so stressed out?\n\n\n\nIt can be a number of factors - anxiety over test-taking\, worry about excelling in sports\, social media\, bullying\, or peer pressure.\n\n\n\nJoin us for an interactive forum at the San Ramon Valley Unified School District Boardroom where we will conduct role playing exercises to help you see clearly how to handle tough situations with your teens. A youth panel will also educate the community about anxiety and stress our teens face and how to better cope with difficult situations.\n\n\n\nThere's even an interactive exercise with the Town of Danville Poet Laureate and Youth Poet Laureate you'll enjoy!\n\n\n\nThis event is offered FREE to the Public through the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce Fund\, in partnership with Three Valleys Community Foundation\, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
