Curated by ginny mangrum, this is a joint project of the City of Walnut Creek with the Walnut Creek Library's annual exhibitions in the Community Art Gallery.   It  is part of the Arts, Recreation and Community Services Department and administered by the Bedford Gallery under the direction of the Walnut Creek Arts Commission.

This photo exhibit features a series of photo essays by four local artists who celebrate their favorite places located in Contra Costa County, available for viewing during regular library hours of operation.  The images includes environments with amazing observations that range from watching large horses, a sprawling vineyard, private spaces of home and yards as well as colorful landscapes.  There are black and white silver gel prints as well as digital photographs.  Featured artists are:  Jeff Brooks-Manas,Terin Christensen, Tim Taylor and Kristiina Teerikorpi.
