Monday Night Meditation Sangha: Journey Into Awakening

Join our weekly meditation class rooted in Buddhist practice and open to all belief systems and spiritual wisdom traditions. This meditation class is for both beginnings and longtime practitioners. Each class includes a short dharma talk (Buddhist-based teaching), guided and silent seated meditation, personal reflection and shared insight - students are supported in finding the path to awakening and liberation. With over 25 years of dedicated practice and over 20 years as a dharma teacher, Cari offers meditation as a path to remembering who we’ve always been—beneath layers of fear, anxiety, conditioning and expectation. Each class invites participants into a deep inner journey of self-revelation—the ongoing practice of stripping away pretense to uncover what is most real, grounded and authentic within us. A sanctuary for seekers yearning for healing, wholeness and a deeper relationship with life, this class turns inward with compassion and curiosity. Together, we gently peel back the masks and meet the truth of our being.When we meditate in community—sangha—something beautiful happens. The energy deepens, the field thickens, and the conditions ripen for both personal and collective awakening. In the stillness, we remember together. In this class, participants will explore meditation as a path to: Ease anxiety and calm the nervous system Heal grief and cultivate resilience Experience moments of awe, presence, and wonder Let go of the looping question, “Who am I and why are we here?” and live from grounded being Reconnect with purpose, peace, and the sacred now All are welcome. No experience necessary — only a willingness to meet yourself where you are. This is a seated class — not a lying down practice. Chairs, bolsters and blankets are available. Feel free to bring what you need to feel comfortable sitting for 60-75 min including your own meditation set up if you have one.
