This exhibit is a compelling look at life in Cambodia and Vietnam through the eyes of 11 Athenian High School students. The exhibit, Perspectives; Life in Cambodia and Vietnam, is open October 11 and runs through November 9.
The exhibit reflects upon the images captured during a “spring break intensive” that students elect to go on during the traditional spring break. The portion of sales students receive will be given to the Sala Phum Pheak Bourn Primary School in Cambodia which is one of the schools visited by the students during their trip. This exhibit and other related programs, aim to engage the Danville community, educate the audience about life in Cambodia and Vietnam, and bring Athenian’s community into the Village Theatre Art Gallery.
