Meet our Speaker - Winter Brown

Certified yoga therapist Winter Brown has been teaching since 2009.
She holds a doctorate in Political Science from Duke University. She
serves as a lead trainer in Dragonfly Yoga and Wellness' 300-Hour
Teacher Training and founded its Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.
Winter strives to create caring and playful spaces that offer precise
cueing, minimal hands-on adjustments, and choices and modifications
so that yoga is both safe and inclusive. She combines movement,
breath, and mindfulness in order to empower the healer within you.
